For medical services received at the CNU Health Center, 80% of total costs will be reimbursed. Costs of elective or non-essential medical treatments will not be reimbursed.
In order to qualify for reimbursements, students are required to submit each of the following: (1) a Student Medical Expense Reimbursement Form, (2) valid receipts of all medical expenses (with itemized treatments), and (3) a copy of their guardians’ bank account book.
